Jess T. Schwidde is the managing partner of the firm’s Rutland, Vermont Office. Mr. Schwidde concentrates in the area of consumer and business bankruptcy law with an emphasis on debtors’ and creditors’ rights, trustee representation, business restructuring and workouts, debt relief, litigation, and appellate work.

Mr. Schwidde was born in Billings, Montana. He has been practicing law in Vermont since 1983 and served as Chief Confidential Law Clerk for former Bankruptcy Judge Francis G. Conrad, District of Vermont, from January 1987 to August 1991.

His affiliations include American Bankruptcy Institute and Vermont Bar Association. He has earned a BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for his professionalism and ethics.

Gleb Glinka is the managing partner of the Moscow office. He concentrates in international law, commercial law, bankruptcy, and appellate litigation. Mr. Glinka has represented clients in the private practice of law for over 30 years.

Mr. Glinka currently serves as advisor to the President of the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the RF and Adjunct Professor of Law in the Department of Law at Moscow State University (2015 – present). He has also served as Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee (1991-2011) and has taught courses and lectured at Vermont Law School, Moscow State University, Moscow State Law Academy, and other universities. He has written numerous publications in English and Russian on commercial law, bankruptcy, advocacy, and legal ethics.

Mr. Glinka has been awarded the AV (highest) Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell (1991-2015), the Medal 1st Class for “Defending the rights and liberties of citizens” by the Federal Chamber of Advocates of the RF (2009), and the Vermont Bar Association Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award (2007).
